Evangelism & Discipleship

Each Nation aims to transform villages, towns and cities for Christ by planting Local CRC Churches.


  • Prayerfully develop a Spirit-led plan to plant churches that will see a minimum of 150 new churches planted around the world.

Strategy – we will achieve this by:

  • Providing empowering training strategies for aspiring church planters.
  • Strategically outworking the New Testament pattern of planting churches as Apostolic operational bases for further church planting.
  • Establishing a CRC registered presence with operational bases in five new Nations.

Planting Churches

Each nation aims to develop fully devoted followers of Christ who passionately outwork the Great Commandment and Great Commission.


  • For all CRC Local Churches to grow by at least 25% through first time decisions for Christ.
  • For new believers to become fully devoted followers of Christ through water baptism, baptism in the Holy Spirit, personal devotion habits and ministry/missions expression in and through the local church.

Strategy – we will achieve this by:

  • All of our local church Pastors and Leaders modelling, teaching and promoting evangelism with a heart conviction that inspires action.
  • All local church Pastors providing training for their people to become more effective in sharing their faith.
  • All local churches prayerfully planning specific strategies and suitable outreach activities into their community.
  • All local churches developing and outworking a disciple-making strategy to lead people in becoming fully devoted followers of Christ.

Ministry Training

Each Nation aims to equip people to live meaningful lives of service through implementing teaching and training programs in local churches, communities and the world.


  • Each Nation to appoint and develop a CRC Training coordinator / Team and to increase the number of credentialed pastors by 25%.

Strategy – we will achieve this by:

  • Developing facilities and establishing Teaching and Ministry Training programmes with a Bible-based, Christ-centred, Holy Spirit empowered curriculum taught by trained Christian leaders.
  • Implementing a credentialing system into the Nations that reflect their unique cultural diversity.

Messengers To The Nations

Each Nation aims to recruit, train, send and support commissioned personnel to other Nations of the world.


  • To increase our number of commissioned workers serving fulltime by a minimum of 25.

Strategy – we will achieve this by:

  • The special training and deployment of commissioned personnel.
  • Creating a financially sustainable support base for these personnel.
  • Purposefully recognising cross cultural opportunities to share the Gospel in local communities.
  • Implementing 'adopt-a-nation' initiatives in local churches.

Connecting Leaders

Each Nation aims to build effective and productive leadership networks within their own setting and across the Nations to facilitate the CRC International Vision./p>


  • To gather the National Leaders annually for prayer, planning, fellowship and encouragement.
  • To connect with CRC Pastors and Leaders who work in Nations where the CRC is not registered as an organisation.
  • To recognise the natural development of regional leaders to coordinate the help our field facilitators provide.

Strategy – we will achieve this by:

  • Sponsoring each National Leader to attend an annual gathering.
  • Holding an annual gathering of CRC Pastors and Leaders who work in Nations where the CRC is not registered as an organisation.
  • Creating a flexible and functional leadership structure that encourages and coordinates the implementation of our vision throughout the world.

Christian Education

Each Nation aims to offer high quality Christian education that ensures students receive a firm foundation for living and learn the value of building Nations through education.


  • To establish and increase the number of preschools in the Nations as is currently being modelled in Fiji.
  • To establish and increase the number of Primary and Secondary Schools in the Nations as is currently being modelled in Port Moresby, PNG.

Strategy – we will achieve this by:

  • Strategically planning and developing preschools in the Nations.
  • Providing teacher training opportunities in early childhood, primary and secondary education in the Nations.

Empowering The Needy

Each Nation aims to empower the poor and disadvantaged by providing hope, relief and quality of life.


  • To establish Local Community Development Centres and Children's Homes across the Nations.
  • To establish Vocational Training Centres across the Nations.

Strategy – we will achieve this by:

  • Develop relief-work coordinators who understand the needs of the regions.

Establishing Non-Government Organisations (NGO) and other relief programs that will:

  • Implement projects that empower local communities to improve their living conditions.
  • Provide emergency and financial relief, medical and rehabilitation services.
  • Educate local communities in health care, sanitation and water purification.
  • Partner with local churches and communities to create Child Development programs that assist in the spiritual, economic, social, physical and emotional development of children living in poverty.
  • Form working groups and teams to build, repair and maintain infrastructure.
